Refund Policy

We offer a refund policy for customers who purchase a paid version of KeepStreams software.
Refund Period:

  • Lifetime plan: 14 days from the purchase date
Eligible for Refund:
  • Incorrect plan purchase: If you mistakenly purchased the same plan you previously purchased.
  • Incorrect product purchase: If you purchased the wrong product and purchased the correct product within the refund period.
  • Incorrect automatic renewal charges: If you continue to be charged even though you canceled the auto-renewal service before the renewal date.

Not eligible for refund:
